Ok, let's regroup after last night. Pott’s Pils is brewed in the style of the great North German Pilsners. Saaz hops shine through Bohemian malts to produce a crisp, dry-hopped, and citrusy beer.
Boom! After all the light ABV earlier in the week we give you a solid punch for your weekend festivities!
This 9.5% Russian Imperial Stout will have you running wild in your best holiday Christmas sweater at the office party.
Day 7 brings a delicious brew from Courtenay BC. Gladstone opened its doors in an old mechanic shop in 2015 and has really put its mark on the craft beer scene the Courtenay/Comox Valley. This Red Ale has mild aromas of grapefruit and lightly sweet caramel with just a touch of fir, pine, and orange pekoe.
Our first dark beer of the calendar! This newly released brew from Category 12 is rich and creamy with notes of ground espresso, milk chocolate and nutty.
Wham! Twin Sails go to IPA.
Single Whammy is brewed with Galaxy, Citra and Amarillo. Expect huge tropical fruit and citrus notes upfront, balanced by a slightly dank finish.
This New England style IPA is juicy and hazy with grapefruit and citrus and just the right amount of "bite".
I know I know, two days in a row with low ABV beer? Don’t worry we’ll make up for it later in the month. 😊
This seasonal brew from Phillips brewing is a blend of wheat & their house-malted barley, lactobacillus, sea salt and passionfruit. It’s tart and slightly sweet, with a touch of salinity to really bring the flavours of life.
Well it's the first Sunday of December and second day in the calendar, I guess we should behave and leave the reckless days for later in the month. ;)
This light but bold, delicious and low alcohol brew from Driftwood has a smooth oat malt body and refreshing zest of Citra & Mosaic hops all brought together with Saccharomyces Trois yeast.
Welcome to our first ever craft beer advent calendar!
We are so excited to have you join us on this 24 day journey through some amazing handpicked craft beer. I truly hope you enjoy each one as much as I do. We only picked brews that I thought stood out in our local brewing community here in BC (that comes packaged in 473ml cans).
Thanks to all your ongoing support of Cascadia Liquor; we love having you as our guests!
