We will be looking at four of the main styles of vermouth, utilizing as many local options as possible.
We will look at the aromatization process and how each style is made. The Masterclass will featured botanicals from a Saanich greenhouse.
You will get to look at the Moderna and Bianca Vermouths for botanical breakdown and taste Rathjens Imperativo and a sweet vermouth as well.
You'll also learn a couple of fun easy ways to utilize vermouth in low abv style drinks.
